In December 2019, immediately following the CNI Fall Member meeting, the Association of Research Libraries convened an NSF-funded workshop to examine how to improve research data management practices. This was done in partnership with the California Digital Library, the Association of American Universities, and the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities. They have just issued the final report from this workshop, "Implementing Effective Data Practices: Stakeholder Recommendations for Collaborative Research Support".
