Ithaka S+R recently released the report “Researcher Challenges and Experiences with Data Services”, by Chelsea McCracken and Ruby MacDougall, documenting a two-year project to better understand the data management needs and challenges of researchers as well as their current level of engagement with campus data services. The initiative was intended to develop strategies for improving the coordination of research data services across different campus units.
