The US National Academies and the UK Royal Society are holding a joint symposium on "Science in the Age of AI" in London on June 11-12, 2024. The symposium is invitational and has a fabulous list of speakers; they are making a livestream available on the network however. The symposium is building on the recently released Royal Society report on Science and AI, the work of the National Academies over the past year on AI and Scientific Discovery, and also the recent US PCAST report that I've already covered.
