Report of NSF Workshop on Scientific Workflows
Workflow management in complex distributed environments has become a growing issue in the cyberinfrastructure/e-research context. I recently read a very useful report of a 2006 NSF workshop on this topic, which includes some provocative speculation about the interactions between documenting workflows and scholarly communication.
