arXiv, which has been doing some very important and innovative work to improve the accessibility of scholarly preprints (particularly in subjects like mathematics and computer science), is hosting a wide-ranging free forum on accessibility for scientific research. This is a series of sessions that are spread across two weeks. My understanding is that the talks will also be recorded and subsequently made available.
